Discovery & Preparation
Our unique approach to planning and designing your wedding begins with getting to know the two of you. You bring your dreams, wishes, excitement (and worries!), thoughts, and ideas to the table and we’ll kindle a little spark that begins the process. Together we will define the parameters of your expectations and then our team will set out on a course to exceed them.

Research, Development & Sourcing
No matter how grand or intimate the scope of your wedding, our work begins with the preparation of an itemized set of budget estimates that are grounded in our experience, our research, and your priorities. From there we’ll conduct extensive site research, source the talent, review and negotiate contracts, and ultimately curate a top-notch team of venue and vendor partners best suited to help us bring the vision to life.

Design & Editing
When you work with Starlight, you’re not just working with a wedding planner. You’ll have one of the most comprehensively capable creative teams in the industry in your corner, and you’ll know that the same people conceptualising every facet of your wedding design will have their hands on the end result. Our design process doesn’t stop at sketches on a screen so that we can hand it off to someone else. We bring it to life with our floral design team, original graphic design and print production, our network of suppliers and production partners, and a creative process that leaves no detail untouched.

Logistical Planning
Lots of behind-the-scenes orchestration, good old fashioned elbow grease, anticipation, and planning thousands of details, large and small. Emails, phone calls, meetings, and collaboration with some of the finest creative partners and talent our industry has to offer. You can expect that our team will devote upwards of 500 to 700 hours of focused expertise on your wedding, before we even reach the week of the wedding itself.

The weekend arrives, and all at once, those thousands of details fall into place. Not by chance, but because we move mountains to ensure they do so with precision, grace, and a carefully choreographed cadence. We’ll bend over backward to give you the time of your lives, and we’ll be celebrating your marriage every single step of the way.
